Once after order registered, we setup a communication channel with customer, and when preparation stage has confirmed, customer can transfer 1/3 price fee of the total invoice to our Master Card, Paypal or direct bank account.
If the product had any sort of issues, due to packaging or wrong product or damaged goods, we would be totally in contact and would care of the issues once we investigate and do our best to resolve of problem.
Despite of stage of process, if being in Preparation Stage, Order can changed or cancel, if the amount can be replaced or consider any cost that has been putted on the process.

We would cover the transport fee to one of the Iran port’s, According to destinition country, fee price of transport shipment can be different. Countries like France, UK, Australia, etc. Would have it’s own international shipment price fee. Price range can be looked up in official transit and transport websites due to quick inflation in recent Iran events.
As we do favor time and favoring quality of products and packaging, it depends on amounts and chosen packaging type. If the requested amount, would be high and having custom packaging, it will takes times and we do our best to make it ready as soon as it takes. for a full container (23 Tons of goods) would be approximately takes 25 days for the shipment be loaded.
As soon as we take an order, we start the preparation process, according the amount and asked custom packaging, we would ask for 1/3 of the total invoice. If requested by the customer, we are able to share the live feed of the whole process and stages. After preparation stage, We demand the 2/3 of the total invoice and we load the shipments and bill of lading will be shared. After loading completed and Shipment is ready to go, we would ask for 3/3 once the shipment is departed.
Surely, an invoice with detailed information about the goods, would be given to the customer, once the order registered.
